General Terms:

You certify that you are authorized to use the credit card entered for this transaction.

Sales tax will not be charged on shipments outside of California. Shipments to California will be
charged the current applicable sales tax rate for Santa Clara County.

All sales are final, there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

All orders returned as undeliverable will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Neither manufacturer, wholesaler nor retailer assume any responsibility or liability for use of the
products listed above.

Venue and jurisdiction for all transactions shall be exclusively in Santa Clara County in the state of
California.

Warranty:

Our manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects due to workmanship or material
under normal use and operations for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If any product
is defective due to workmanship or materials, our manufacturers will, at their option, repair or
replace the product free of charge.

This constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellars 4 Home and is in lieu of all others, expressed
or implied. Wine Cellars 4 Home is not responsible for consequential damages of any nature.

Privacy:

All customer information, including your name, address, email address and credit card information
is kept strictly confidential. We have and maintain stringent security standards to protect your
identity and your personal information. Your information is totally secure from start to finish.

Furthermore, we never sell or trade your name, email address or other personal information with
any other companies. We understand that you are placing your trust in us when you place an
order. We value your trust and work hard to maintain it.

Because we are committed to your safety and privacy, you can be certain that when you place an
order with us, the most elaborate and comprehensive measures in the industry have been taken to
